If you are a member of An Garda Síochána and have sustained an injury during the course of your duties, you may be entitled to compensation. If, for example, you were assaulted during the course of your duties, you may be entitled to bring a claim under the Garda Síochána Compensation Acts.

Gardai who have suffered injury whilst working can claim for compensation under the Garda Compensation Scheme.
