Bio/Experience

Joanne Howell is a Solicitor in our Banking, Corporate and Commercial team.

Joanne advises clients across a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, incorporation and company law advices, receivership advices and review of security.

Joanne has worked on a number of M&A transactions with heavy focus on due diligence, and has also worked on multi-million euro cross-border corporate finance transactions. Joanne also advises large asset management clients on security, enforcement and receivership matters.

Joanne qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2019 and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2019 also. She holds a first-class honours Bachelor of Laws degree, a Master’s degree in Social Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree, as well as holding an Advanced Diploma in Corporate, White-Collar and Regulatory Crime and a Certificate in Aviation Leasing and Finance. Joanne is currently completing both a Diploma in Finance Law and a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance, both with the Law Society of Ireland.
