Bio/Experience

Alison Devine is a Solicitor in our Litigation/Dispute Resolution team.

Alison joined SOR in 2017 having previously worked in the insolvency and restructuring department within a big four accountancy firm in Dublin for a number of years.

As such, Alison predominantly advises clients across commercial litigation and banking matters, both contentious and non-contentious, but has focused largely on possession proceedings, ejectment proceedings, summary proceedings, enforcement and insolvency matters, in both the Circuit Court and the High Court.

She also has general litigation experience involving corporate and land disputes and as well, has worked on a wide range of employment law matters within the litigation team.

Alison qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2019 and is also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) degree in Economics, Politics and Law from Dublin City University, Masters of Law (LL.M) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
